The aim of the Best Practice Forum is to encourage businesses in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry to introduce new ideas and innovations by adopting or adapting best practice – so raising their efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.

Customers include small and large organisations in the commercial sector, NHS, local authorities, care, hotels and catering. We operate mainly in London and the South East but are happy to travel to other areas.
