Craft Guild of Chefs unveils 3 Accredited College Restaurant Of The Year finalists
The Craft Guild of Chefs Accredited Training Restaurant of the Year Award celebrates restaurants that provide outstanding real world dining experiences while developing the next generation of hospitality talent.
Widely regarded as one of the industry’s most respected honours, the award recognises training restaurants that combine professional standards with hands on learning, helping students gain vital experience in live service environments.
This year’s shortlist showcases three exceptional training restaurants from across the UK:
- The Brasserie at Capital City College offers hospitality students an immersive experience in a fast paced professional environment in the heart of the capital.
- The Silver Plate at The Sheffield College is an award winning restaurant recognised for its commitment to providing students with high quality training.
- Scholars Restaurant at Blackburn College is a respected training venue known for encouraging creativity and the development of their students.
Together, the three finalists highlight the innovation, passion and professionalism shaping the future of hospitality. The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards will take place on 10th June at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge.
