Marina Brook joins judging panel for UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year

The National Final of the 2026 UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year has secured one of the industry’s rising hospitality leaders, with Marina Brook joining the front of house judging team on 1st July.

As restaurant manager of Woven by Adam Smith at Coworth Park, Brook leads a 22-strong team at one of the UK’s most acclaimed dining destinations. The restaurant holds five AA Rosettes and one Michelin Star, reflecting its reputation for exceptional food, service and hospitality.

Brook’s journey began at Coworth Park in 2016 when she joined the Ultimate Leaders Programme with the Dorchester Collection. 

In 2025, Brook was named an Acorn Award winner, the prestigious list of the hospitality industry’s top 30 professionals under the age of 30. As a judge at the national final, Brook will bring valuable expertise in luxury hospitality, leadership and guest experience.
