The Craft Guild of Chefs’ Graduate Awards have been running since 2002. With such an extensive history, and chefs needing as much support and focus as possible right now, we are delighted they have been able to continue during the pandemic.
Twelve talented young chefs made it to the final this year with eight completing the kitchen exam and four the pastry award. Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions, this event has had to take place behind closed doors at the University of West London. You will be able to watch the action from the finals and support the young chefs as they find out who has achieved the Graduate Award this year.
The awards announcement will be screened on Thursday 17th December at 3.30pm.
