Last week, the talented finalists completed the gruelling final exam in kitchen or pastry at the University of West London. This had to take place behind closed doors due to social distancing measures. We are delighted that we can give you a taste of the action and reveal which chefs made the grade this year. We’ll also be announcing who received the Highest Achiever Awards.
