The virtual event will feature Nilsson in conversation with Joe Warwick, the food writer and critic who started the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards. Nilsson’s restaurant Fäviken featured on the list in 2012 before he closed it permanently in 2019.

Nilsson is the author of a number of books, which aim to highlight Nordic food and culture. In his latest book Fäviken: 4015 Days, Beginning to End, Nilsson shares the story of Fäviken- how it came to be one of the best restaurants in the world and why he pursued new projects despite the restaurant’s success.
