Electrolux Professional becomes partner of flagship École Ducasse campus
The state of the art facility will be home to nine laboratories, seven classrooms and a number of kitchens kitted out with Electrolux Professional equipment.
Chef Alain Ducasse, founder of the École Ducasse, said: “I have always endeavored to pass on my vision of culinary and pastry arts to the next generation.

Electrolux Professional has supplied equipment including MultiSlim Compact Ovens, SkyLine ovens and SkyLine blast chillers.
