The chef has worked at some top establishments in the past including Les Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, L'Ortolan and the Michelin starred restaurant at London's Landmark Hotel. The Ivy House Dining Room & Bar in Tonbridge opened its doors on Thursday 14th May 2009, following a £150k refurbishment. The celebrity chef was appointed as the restaurant's head of group development back in May.
