‘Breakfast of Champions’ competition launches

Lactalis Professional has teamed up with Pennyhill Park chefs’ Sarah Frankland and David Atkinson to challenge hotel chefs to submit an ultimate breakfast recipe using Président Butter as a hero ingredient.

To enter the competition follow these steps:

  • Head over to Instagram and follow @lactalisprofessional_uk and @thecaterermag.
  • Create a fresh and ‘innovative’ take-away breakfast dish using Président Butter as a hero ingredient.
  • Share your breakfast creations using the hashtag #BedandButter with an image and short description of the dish you created, highlighting where butter features within its composition.

The winner will receive a £1,000 exclusive collection gift voucher plus the chance to feature in the ‘Breakfast Guide’. Hotel chefs in second and third place will both get a £250 Nisbets voucher.
