The prizes on offer include an opportunity for mentoring by senior members of the hospitality industry, the chance to attend Réunion des Gastronome events, a range of bespoke industry-based development experiences and two year’s complimentary associate membership to the organisation.

The Réunion des Gastronomes is ‘believed to be the oldest culinary organisation in the UK’ and it has members from many sectors throughout the hospitality industry including hotels, caterers, sports stadia, universities and event companies.

All the finalists will receive complimentary associate membership for two years and an invitation to attend the Gastronome’s annual Grouse Supper on Monday September 16th prior to the judging panel’s final decision.

They will also each receive an invitation for them (and guest) to attend the Annual Banquet at the House of Lords, on Friday 15th November, when the winner will be announced.
