Jersey and Guernsey announce their teams for the Inter Island Chefs' Muratti culinaryshowdown
Two teams from Jersey and Guernsey are gearing up for the first Craft Guild of Chefs' Inter Islands Challenge that takes place from October 22-23 in the newly refurbished kitchens at High College's Academy of Culinary Arts in Jersey.
Each team includes at least one catering student to reflect the importance the Craft Guild places on passing culinary skills on to the next generation.They will be tasked with creating a five course menu plus canap
