Mr Sion Farrell

The Army Catering Training Trust (ACTT) was established in late 1997 to receive, manage and use externally provided funds in support of Apprenticeship Programme Qualifications and CPD schemes for the Chef Career Employment Group (CEG) personnel.

The ACTT is a registered charity (number 1197606), and operates from the Catering Training Wing, Defence Logistic School (DLS). The Managing Trustee of the ACTT Board of Trustees is Jamie Webb-Fryer. The trust board contains individuals from both military catering backgrounds as well as the wider education and training business community.

The ACTT is currently a member of the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register delivering EPA for the Production and Senior Production Chef Standards, as well as the Facilities Management Supervisor standard.
