Formerly head chef of Pavyllon London, Benjamin joined the Yannick Alléno Group in 2018, working closely alongside chef Yannick Alléno.

Since relocating to London for the opening of Pavyllon London in 2023, Benjamin has been instrumental in shaping the restaurant’s identity and reputation, securing a Michelin star just six months after opening.

His leadership has also been key in delivering standout experiences, including the Battuta summer pop-up, Pavyllon’s acclaimed breakfast offering known throughout the city, and the Counter Culture chef series in collaboration with Yannick Alléno and some of the industry’s leading culinary talent.
