Michel Roux Jr is one of Britain's top chefs and a regular on the BBC1 TV series Master Chef. A member of the legendary Roux cooking dynasty, Michel Roux Jr tells the story of his exacting apprenticeships in some of France's grandest culinary establishments, of his family life and of what happens behind the scenes at the two Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche which he has run for nearly twenty years.
