Written by: Admin
The White House restaurant in Rhuallt, North Wales, is searching for three apprentices to train as chefs as part of a 12-month hospitality and catering apprenticeship programme.

The apprentices, who will work in the White House’s state-of-the-art kitchen, will receive on-the-job training and mentoring as well as college-based work.

Operations director at the White House, Ceri Whiteley, said: “We are looking for young people who have a real passion for food and want to build a career in the hospitality industry.

“We already have a great team of talented chefs, so this is a great opportunity for someone to learn from the experts in a challenging and rewarding environment.”

The White House since opening its doors earlier this month has been well received by customers.
