Unox confirms FEA membership
It becomes the latest manufacturer to join the FEA, which represents more than 190 member companies across 14 product categories.
Scott Duncan, managing director of Unox, said: “We are lucky to have a very diverse customer base, operating across all sectors – largely because we offer such a variety of ovens. One day we can be in a Michelin-starred restaurant and the next day in a QSR chain. This ensures that we have a fantastic network across the foodservice industry and we’re able to support operators across all sectors.
“Membership of the FEA allows us to take that support to the next level, showcasing our expertise and innovation whilst maximising the networking and learning opportunities ourselves. We’re taking Unox UK to the next level in terms of growth, investing in our products, our people and our facilities – and it’s a natural step for us to join the FEA.
“We all know this is a historic organisation with strong authority across the industry and I see this move as Unox cementing our place at the top table with the biggest ovens manufacturers in the UK.
“As we continue to grow in the UK, we felt it was important to reach out and engage with the various groups connected to the FEA to give a little back - but also to learn and improve ourselves.”
Unox offers a range of products including convection ovens, combi ovens and food preservers.
