U Dine reveals awards shortlist
The U Dine Awards 2023 will be presented at a networking event and dinner, with the winners embarking on a European Food Study Tour in 2023.
Paul Martin, director of Inside Foodservice, commented: “This year over 50 outstanding nominations were received, with new categories capturing the imagination of Universities.”
A record number of entries to the U Dine Awards has ‘delighted’ both the organisers and sponsors.
David McKown, director of University Hospitality Seminars, added: “With endorsement from the Institute of Hospitality, the awards are now established as the pinnacle of recognition for excellence across the sector.”
