Todiwala's Adventure Gourmet returns

London's Café Spice Namaste restaurant has announced its programme for the Adventure Gourmet 2009 - Cooking for Excellence, Education and Entertainment.
Cyrus Todiwala, executive chef and owner of the London eatery, will kick off the new season using authentic Indian spices and methods to replicate his most popular vegetarian dishes. Japanese food specialist Reiko Hara will be onboard to show guests how to cook the Oriental way, meanwhile head chef at the Royal Garden Hotel, Steve Munkley, and Simon Young of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, will also be joining the team to share their expertise and knowledge within the industry. Masterclass tickets are priced at £125 per person and include coffee and tea on arrival, lunch and the demonstration. The first session will be kicking off on 15 January. Renowned chefs to attend and take part in the classes in the past include Chris Galvin, Brian Turner and John Williams.
