Teaching them young
Scott Lucas, Craft Guild¹s south west representative in Bristol, recently went to the South Street Primary School to open the new purpose built cookery classroom designed to teach youngsters about healthy food.
With its own vegetable plot, the school will show how to transform fresh produce into healthy snacks, learn about fruit and the seasons and encourage them to make simple things such as fruit kebabs.
