Taste of London line up
Over 40 of the capital's hottest eating spots will be descending on London's Regent's Park for the Taste of London Festival in June (18-21 June 2009), in partnership with British Airways.
New restaurants added to this year's line-up includes Quo Vadis, L'Anima, Pont de la Tour, Odettes, Cinnamon Kitchen and Asia de Cuba. Other eateries taking part include The Tamarind, Le Gavroche & L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, and Tom's Kitchen and Rhodes 24.
There's also the chance to meet celebrated chefs such as Atul Kochhar, Giorgio Locatelli, Rowley Leigh, Gary Rhodes and Tom Aikens up close and personal at the live cooking demonstrations and topical food debates. Other highlights of this year's event include: Gourmet Features
Official sponsor Waitrose will be hosting an interactive food feature in the Taste Kitchen. Waitrose food experts will be working alongside Taste's top gastronomes to demonstrate how to prepare original, exciting dishes using top quality ingredients. There will be an opportunity to meet the chefs face-to-face in the Foyles Book Signing tent.
Laurent-Perrier Champagne Masterclass
Book in for Taste's top ticket-the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Masterclass (£75 per person). This includes an exclusive champagne and seafood pairing session with London's top sommeliers. Taste of Thailand includes restaurants Benja, Blue Elephant, Busaba Eat Thai, Mango Tree and Nahm, along with specialist exhibitors.
King of the Grillers
Stop by the stand for advice on creating tasty barbecued dishes, with recipe influences from around the world. Cooking demonstrations will be hosted along with celebrity chefs who will be offering tips and tricks of the trade.
