The dairy experts are challenging young students to create a dish inspired by international cuisine. The competition is open to student chefs in the UK and Ireland aged 16-21 who need to submit a 300-word recipe featuring at least one Pritchitts product. A total of 12 finalists will attend an International Master Class hosted by renowned chef, Cyrus Todiwala at Café Spice Namasté, have their recipes featured in the 2012 Pritchitts & Craft Guild Calendar and receive an annual membership to the Craft Guild of Chefs. The top three entrants will win a set of global chef's knives and go on to a live cook-off. The overall winner will receive the prize of work experience at an award winning restaurant. There will also be a bonus for the winning student's college which will receive £200 worth of catering equipment vouchers.
