Steve Smith, the Michelin starred head chef of The Latymer at Pennyhill Park, has been selected as the MSK Ingredients Champion Chef for the Skills for Chefs Conference on 1-2 July 2026 in Sheffield.

He is celebrated for his modern British cuisine rooted in seasonal produce and has led Latymer to maintain its Michelin star and five AA Rosettes with consistently inventive menus.
