Sheffield College wins British Beef Trophy
A team from Sheffield College picked up the Best Use of British Beef at the Grand Final of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year.
The team had to create a main course dish using British Beef for four restaurant guests and a panel of judges.
The student team of Max Heath, Jack Hayes and Lily Scriven received the trophy from Karl Pendlebury representing the AHDB (Agricultural and Horticulture Development Board). Also pictured is Vicky Enderson, chair of judges for the competition.
