Sheffield College secures Seafood from Scotland Award

A team from Sheffield College won the Seafood from Scotland Award at the national final of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year.

The team of Tanayah Williams, Skie Miller Collins and Ben Drew impressed the judges with their preparation of whole salmons and dish presentation.

The award was presented by Adam Wing from Seafood from Scotland,  the national brand representing all of the Scottish Seafood Industry. Also pictured is Vicky Enderson, chair of judges and director at MSK Ingredients.
