The Roux Brothers: French Country Cooking book contains a collection of recipes that represent the best of French home cooking. The Roux brothers were inspired by their mother who passed on the secrets of her native Normandy cuisine.

Hospitality Action was launched in 1837 and it aims to offer financial, physical or psychological support services to help people from hospitality get back on their feet. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic the work of Hospitality Action is more important than ever.
