Réunion des Gastronomes announces 2023 award winner
Idy will receive invitations to attend up to five Gastronome events, as well as being supported in a range of industry-based development activities.
The runners-up were Gianluca Sebis, restaurant manager at Charlie's at Brown's Hotel in London, and Abdul Sharief, in-room dining manager at Hilton London Bankside. All three become associate members of the Gastronomes for two years.
Chair of the judging panel, John Cousins commented: “Once again we have been seriously impressed by the achievement in our industry, and keenness to progress further, that all our finalists displayed.”
