The highlight of the three-day event was the opportunity to cook and experiment together. There were participants from Europe, South America and Asia.

Rehan Uddin from Great Britain and the renowned chef and TV personality Heaven Delhaye from Brazil presented recipes from their home countries and reinterpreted some of them using the iCombi Pro combi oven and the multifunctional iVario Pro cooking system.  

The variety of dishes on offer ranged from a Spanish potato omelette and tapioca cubes to a modern Bangladeshi halibut pan with aloo bhorta and masoor dal velouté.
