
Président launches 'master class with Pascal Aussignac' competition for chefs and restaurateurs
Aussignac trained with French master chefs such as Gerard Vie, Alain Dutournier and Guy Savoy, and celebrates French cuisine from his homeland of Gascony in all of his eight award-winning restaurants.
His industry expertise has recently been celebrated at the 2013 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards where he won the Restaurant Chef Award, and the ‘Best Taste’ Award at Taste of London 2013.
Drawing upon his culinary expertise and overseeing his restaurants in London, including the Michelin starred Club Gascon, he will invite two people into his business for the day, offering guidance on a range of subjects from kitchen skills and menu development, to general business advice.
Winners have the opportunity to choose topics most important to them and receive personal tutoring from one of the most respected figures in the industry.
