A Passion to Inspire can invite 16 colleges (one lecturer and three student chefs) to join the live event. The Sheffield College will host a blind draw to decide which colleges can attend.

Murray Chapman, founder of A Passion to Inspire, said: “We will have access for over 1,200 plus students to join us online and two weeks before the event – we will share all the recipes– and on the day we can accept questions.”

The Upskill Day will feature chefs such as Russell Bateman, Paul Leonard, John Duffin as well as Vicki and Rupert from MSK ingredients. Ed Keith from Hallgarten & Novum Wines will be doing the wine pairings throughout.
