Ollie Bridgwater & Wellocks to join forces at Skills for Chefs Conference
Ollie Bridgwater will step into the spotlight at this year’s Skills for Chefs Conference on 1-2 July as the Wellocks Champion Chef.
Wellocks, the renowned supplier trusted by Britain’s top chefs for the finest ingredients, recognise his talent, leadership, and creativity. His sessions are set to be one of the highlights of the event.
Bridgwater honed his skills in some of the UK’s most demanding kitchens, including Heston Blumenthal’s world-famous Fat Duck, before taking the helm at Source, the restaurant at the Gilpin Hotel in the Lake District.
