Nipa restaurant showcases at Taste of London
Chefs from the award-winning Thai restaurant, Nipa, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, will be sharing their recipe ideas and culinary tips at this year's Taste of London Festival.
The female chefs will showcase recipes in the brand new Taste of Thailand Theatre. Sangwan Parr, the sous chef, will demonstrate a delicious soft shell crab with mango salad on Friday 19 July from 7.30pm to 8.15pm, and head chef, Nongyao Toopchoi, who has been the head chef for fifteen years, will showcase her traditional pad thai kung sod on Saturday 20 June from 6pm until 6.45pm. One lucky attendee will also be given the chance to win a lunch or dinner for two in Nipa. Nipa is one of only 15 Thai restaurants in the UK to have received the prestigious "Thai Select" award from the Thai Government. This accolade is presented to Thai restaurants proven to have achieved the highest standards of quality.
