The Worshipful Company of Cooks is one of the oldest Livery Companies of The City of London and has been directly associated with the Craft Guild of Chefs since 1975. Retallick, who joined the Guild in 1972, now works for Gourmet Classic concentrating on developing new products and is in an Ambassadorial Role working closely with the hospitality industry. As a result of this appointment, Retallick will also have the opportunity to become a Freeman of the City of London.
