New executive chef at four star Trafalgar Hotel
The four star Trafalgar Hotel in London has appointed Carlos Bastenier as its new executive chef.
Born in Barcelona, Bastenier started his career in Spain and with over ten years culinary experience, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in restaurant operations, traditional and modern cooking techniques and banquets.
He will be bringing this experience to the hotel's newly refurbished restaurant, Rockwell. Bastenier said: "I'm really looking forward to my new role at The Trafalgar hotel and bringing my knowledge to Rockwell to give guests a wonderful experience that they won't forget in a hurry!"
