New executive chef at Chester University

Written by: Admin
An experienced chef, who has competed around the world with the Welsh National Culinary Team, has been appointed as executive chef at Chester University.
Toby Beevers takes up his new position on September 14 after spending the past nine months catering for the cast and crew of popular Channel 4 soap Holly Oaks. Beevers, who formerly worked as a pastry chef at The Chester Grosvenor and Spa, said he was delighted to secure the executive chef's post at his local university and was looking forward to the new challenge. He is also helping his wife with her new business, Kokonoir Chocolate, which was established in April. The business makes four different types of chocolate bars - white with raspberries, milk and vanilla with roasted cocoa and two dark, a 70% and 53% infused with orange oils.
