Monika celebrates 30 years of connecting teams & equipment

Written by: Edward Waddell
Monika, who recently became a partner of the Craft Guild of Chefs, celebrated their 30th anniversary with a ‘boom’ after recording their highest ever annual turnover.

Founded in 1992, Monika ‘revolutionised’ temperature monitoring equipment to provide operators with a simple yet accurate way to monitor and manage temperatures across both individual and multiple locations.

Monika‘s current cloud connected solutions enable teams to access real time results for proactive food safety management.

Tim Gamble, executive chairman, said: “Over the last three decades we’ve partnered with a range of brilliant clients to transform our original ground breaking wire free temperature monitoring system into today’s cutting edge, precise, easy to use digital food safety solutions.

“We thank our customers, suppliers and partners who have contributed to the Monika journey since 1992. These relationships remain central to our ambitious plans as we focus on innovative technologies and unrivalled service and support.

“We’re passionate about ensuring our services go above and beyond , which is highlighted by our awards and accreditations. It’s great to receive that kind of acknowledgement, and I look forward to expanding our trophy cabinet to make room for another 30 years’ worth!”
