Mint Leaf celebrates chocolate week
London restaurant Mint Leaf has collaborated with Britain's youngest and most qualified chocolatier this week to create a Chocolate Week Menu in aid of the Sick Children's Trust.
The eatery has joined forces with 17 year old Louis Barnett to create a menu that these culinary experts describe as a "story of taste".
Dishes include braised pork belly with onions caramelised with ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, 60% dark chocolate and cocoa nibs and chocolate savarin with black cardamom and grapefruit foam.
Mint Leaf is featuring chocolate in every course as well as in the specially designed drinks that accompany each part of the meal. The set menu will feature four different starters, main courses and desserts.
The dishes will be priced from £8 each, with 10% of all orders made on the menu going to the Sick Children's Trust. In addition, a special cocktail has been created for the occasion.
