Mental health charity My Black Dog to raise funds at The Big Bash!
The Big Bash! will kick-off at 6pm and will celebrate the fourth birthday of the charity whilst also raising funds for the incredible work it does to support people who are struggling with their mental health. Celebrities attending the event include Jeffrey Archer, Chris Evans and Simon Jordan.
A spokesperson for My Black Dog said: “This very special evening is limited to 200 guests, who will be joining our celebrity hosts to celebrate the birthday of My Black Dog, enjoy a delicious three-course menu with wines, plus a chance to win some incredible prizes, as well as a silent and live and exclusive auction to round off the evening!
“All of our volunteers are people who have lived experiences of their own mental health battles and understand what you are going through. We are free and online via our chat service every day.”

During a Craft Guild of Chefs Wellness Committee in November 2022 Nicki Clarke, founder and chief executive of My Black Dog introduced Craft Guild members to the charity. She explained what the charity stands for and why it is so important for those that are struggling with their own mental health to reach out to someone.
