Manufacturer Synergy Grill announces first ever partnership
This is the first time that manufacturer Synergy Grill has collaborated with another company, and will see its grill technology incorporated into two Lincat Opus 800 chargrills.
Promising energy savings; cleaner and safer kitchens; cleaner ventilation shafts; and higher food quality, Synergy grills also atomise fat so minimise risk of fatbergs.
Justin Cadbury, Synergy Grill chairman, commented: “We are delighted to supply this technology to Lincat who, like Synergy, has an industry reputation for outstanding quality and premium customer service.
“While we were approached by another manufacturer for the use of our technology, after having met with the Lincat team, (Synergy Grill) was completely attuned to its positive management philosophy and vision to deliver the best possible equipment, with the fastest financial payback.
“In such a tight margin market, restaurants need to ‘future proof’ themselves with the best available technology.”
Lincat managing director Chris Jones added: “Synergy Grills brings many benefits to the operator with significant gas savings, higher flavour and moisture retention, and one of the easiest cleaning regimes in the industry.
“Lincat is delighted to offer Synergy Grill technology within our Opus 800 Series. We look forward to working with the team on numerous projects in the coming years, especially those which demand precise menu formatting to optimise the customer experience.”
