Lunch to raise money for The Victor Ceserani Foundation
Chris and Jeff Galvin are hosting a lunch to support The Victor Ceserani Foundation, which aims to help those entering the profession who need that little bit of support.
Attendees will include both David Foskett MBE, John Cousins and the Victor Ceserani Foundation hopes to have a contribution from Ronnie Kinton, who is now nearly 102.
Lunch will be based on some of Victor's favourite recipes with a selection of wines to accompany each course. The lunch will be preceded by a reception, with canapés in The Crystal Palace Suite within Hilton Park Lane to give you time to meet and exchange memories of Victor.
All profits from the lunch and raffle will be donated to the Victor Ceserani Foundation which gives bursaries to help those starting their careers in the hospitality industry.
