Lisa Allen joins Ben Tish in The Game Bird kitchen
Having launched earlier this year, Allen will be the second chef to host a four-course dinner, which will champion local and seasonal ingredients while staying true to her “innovative and modern flair, all tied back to her Lancashire roots.”
As such, after enjoying a complimentary glass of Champagne and canapés, guests will be served: wild sea bass with leeks, charred lettuce and iron cross oxalis for starter; Lisa’s signature English onion in its own skin, veal ‘Rossini’ main and ‘strawberries and cream’ to finish.
The event will take place on 7 June at The Game Bird restaurant (within The Stafford Hotel, London) where Allen will join the hotel’s culinary director, Ben Tish, and kitchen team.
Tickets cost £80 per person and include a drink upon arrival as well as the four-course meal.
