Koppert Cress Award presented to Sheffield College

The Koppert Cress Award for ‘Best Use of Living Ingredients’ at UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year 2022 was presented by Franck Pontais to Sheffield College.

Pontais commented: “The team selected the best Koppert Cress products to accompany their menu and the flavour profiles were excellent.”

The Sheffield team also picked up the Wellocks Award at the Grand Final and the team were mentored by Len Unwin, curriculum lead for catering and hospitality.
