Kerridge opens second restaurant in Marlow
Tom Kerridge, chef-owner of the two Michelin star Hand and Flowers in Marlow, opens his new restaurant next month in a former pub-cum-Chinese restaurant on the same road.
Named the Coach, the new 40-cover venue will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in an informal and flexible style.
Silent TV screens will be dotted around the room, and will feature sport.
The Coach’s garden will be used to provide fresh produce, and there will be a French patisserie.
Speaking at the Restaurant Show this week, Kerridge said: “Pubs that do not offer something a bit different will die.”
