Kochhar is the chef patron of Kanishka in Mayfair, London. He became the first Indian chef to win a Michelin star at the acclaimed Tamarind of Mayfair in 2001. He has appeared on BBC’s MasterChef, Great British Menu and he regularly appears on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.
