Irish chef opens fine dining restaurant in shipping container

On 2 March 2020 Irish celebrity chef Adrian Martin will open Wildflower, a fine dining restaurant in a shipping container.

Martin’s 12-year career has taken him all over Ireland where he has developed his culinary skills at renowned restaurant MacNean House and the michelin-starred Bon Appetite. 

He has already published two books, which aim to inspire people to cook ‘top quality’ food at home. Wildflower will be London’s first fine dining restaurant to be housed inside a container. 

There is space for 30 covers and the meals served will focus on simplicity and seasonality as ingredients will be fished, foraged or grown.
