Hospitality students partner with top chefs to produce charity dinner
Students from the University of West London's Chef Restaurant Diploma course teamed up with some of the country's most renowned chefs last week to prepare a charity dinner.
They joined forces with Michael Roux OBE, Brian Turner CBE, Anton Edelmann, John Williams MBE, and Philip Corrick, executive chef of the Royal Automobile Club.
The students prepared a four course meal in aid of the Chefs 'Adopt a School' Programme, The British Forces Foundation and Epsom Racing Staff Welfare.
The event took place at the Woodcote Park, Epsom, clubhouse of The Royal Automobile Club on 2 June.
This is the third year that University of West London students have helped cater for the event.
Michael Coaker, senior lecturer in culinary arts at the University, commented: "They'll have the experience of working with top chefs at a beautiful location."
