The Hospitality Show results are in…
The final results for the Salon Culinaire at the 2011 Hospitality Show have been announced, with big names in the industry walking away with top awards.
This year's show, which was held at the NEC Birmingham from 24-26 January, played host to almost 60 competitions including 12 new classes for the Live Theatre and Salon Display. Here are the results, with the winner's highlighted in yellow.
