Hospitality industry gets behind charitable pop-up restaurant

Written by: Admin
Hospitality and catering recruitment company, Berkeley Scott has committed its support to a charitable pop-up restaurant by donating staff.
The initiative entitled Kai We Care is being led by several leading chefs including MasterChef winner Matt Follas and Simon Hulstone. A seven-course dinner, served at One Moorgate Place, will be cooked by the chefs, followed by an auction of prizes on 4th April. Hosting the auction is food writer Tim Hayward. The funds raised will be donated to the relief efforts following the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand. Mike Gardner, temporary operations manager in London, said "This is a really worthwhile cause and we are happy to support it. But it is also important that the event has good quality staff working on it and we have guaranteed that all the temporary workers we donate will be of the highest standard."
