Hélène Darroze's at The Connaught to begin refurbishment
Hélène Darroze’s two Michelin starred restaurant at The Connaught in London is set to close its doors for a two-month, full refurbishment and modernisation.
The Connaught is located in the heart London’s Mayfair and the final service will be dinner on 14 July.
The restaurant celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and will undergo design alterations to the main dining room. It will also incorporate a new Chef’s Table and boast a dedicated Armagnac Room for pre and post dinner drinks and private events.
The re-opening, scheduled for mid-September 2019, will showcase a new menu rooted in Hélène’s culinary style with a larger focus on British producers and suppliers.
The refurbishment will be led by acclaimed French design house, Pierre Yovanovitch Architecture d’Intérieur. Pierre’s aesthetic focuses on bold re-imaginings of historic spaces and combining the contemporary with luxury materials.
