Six graduates volunteered to produce the five course dinner. Canapés will be prepared by Nick Sinclair from Burford Bridge Hotel; the first course by Anton Scoones from Oulton Hall; the fish course by Steve Wilson from the House of Commons; the main course by Richard Edwards from the Mallory Court Hotel; dessert by Robert Taylor from the Pearsons Arms gastro pub; and petit fours by consultant chef Sophie Wright. Royal Garden's executive chef and Guild vice president Steve Munkley says: "I wanted to try and showcase the past achievers and came up with the idea of making them celebrity chefs for a night. "The Craft Guild has always raised money for itself so on this occasion I thought it would be fitting to raise money for charity, and in particular Hospitality Action.
