Gordon Ramsay Group has announced the appointment of three new head chefs for its Heddon Street Kitchen, Plane Food and maze Grill Mayfair sites.

Paul Croasdale will take on the role at Heddon Street Kitchen, the casual all-day restaurant located in the Regent Street Food Quarter.

Croasdale will be in charge of a team of 15 at the 232-cover restaurant, whilst also overseeing the ever-evolving modern European menu peppered with Asian influences.

He has previously worked as head chef at the Michelin-starred Ynshir Hall in Wales, and most recently as head chef at Berners Tavern, working under Jason Atherton and executive chef, Phil Carmichael.

Meanwhile, Andrew Winstanley will takeover at Gordon Ramsay’s Plane Food, located at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, following executive chef roles at various hotels.

He most recently worked at Wokefield Park, Reading, as executive chef, managing two kitchens, a large bar, 24-hour room service and catering for a host of conference venues with over 2,000 covers daily.

Finally, Behzad Gotla will join the team at maze Grill Mayfair as head chef, following appointments at a number of AA Rosette kitchens, hotels and casual dining family restaurants.
